PRODUCT DETAILS
The This Seam’s OHK! Quilted Jacket is where cozy meets pure Oh Krab! drama. Made in a soft jersey jacquard quilted into an all-over grid, it has the comfort of a sweatshirt with the structure of a bomber jacket. The front stays clean with a zip closure and side pockets, while the back carries the statement: “THIS SEAM’S OHK!” in bold embroidery. Ribbed neck, cuffs and hem keep the fit neat and snug, making it an easy throw on with denims, joggers or cargos. Available in Black Grid and Storm Grey Grid, this is the winter layer for days when you want everyone to know exactly whose seam it is.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Returns & Refunds
Return Window: Within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags and the “DO NOT REMOVE THIS LABEL” tag intact.
Exchanges: Allowed once per order (size or style).
Refunds: Issued only for defective or incorrect items, processed to the original payment method. For all other returns, store credit (valid 6 months) will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, customized/altered products, worn/damaged garments, accessories, and gift cards.
Return Process
- Email ohkrabshop@ohkrab.com with your order ID and reason.
- Customers must ship the product back at their own cost (flat INR 200 return fee).
- Address: Oh Krab!, Plot No 17, Sector 7, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122050.
Defective/Incorrect Items: Report within 48 hours with order ID, issue description, and an unboxing video. Verified cases are eligible for exchange or refund.
Processing Time: 7–10 business days after the item passes quality check. Confirmation of store credit/refund will follow via email.
