The Winter Hearts Oversized Shacket is for days when winter feels a little softer. Cut from 100% cotton twill in a roomy, layer-friendly fit, it’s covered in embroidered hearts all over – cream on Espresso Beans and bold Red on Black. The straight hem, patch pocket and shirt collar keep it clean and structured, while the artwork brings all the fun. Throw it over a tee or knit with denims or trousers; wear it open or buttoned up – this is the shacket you reach for when you want your winter outfit to feel easy, cozy and a little bit flirty.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Returns & Refunds
Return Window: Within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags and the “DO NOT REMOVE THIS LABEL” tag intact.
Exchanges: Allowed once per order (size or style).
Refunds: Issued only for defective or incorrect items, processed to the original payment method. For all other returns, store credit (valid 6 months) will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, customized/altered products, worn/damaged garments, accessories, and gift cards.
Return Process
- Email ohkrabshop@ohkrab.com with your order ID and reason.
- Customers must ship the product back at their own cost (flat INR 200 return fee).

Defective/Incorrect Items: Report within 48 hours with order ID, issue description, and an unboxing video. Verified cases are eligible for exchange or refund.
Processing Time: 7–10 business days after the item passes quality check. Confirmation of store credit/refund will follow via email.
