PRODUCT DETAILS
The Evergreen Pines Oversized Shacket takes you straight to a winter forest, without leaving the city. Cut from 100% cotton twill in an oversized, relaxed silhouette, it features scattered snowflake embroidery on the upper body and a detailed pine-tree and reindeer landscape along the hem, finished with an antique-gold border. The black base keeps it sharp and easy to style, while the artwork gives it that limited-edition, holiday only energy. Throw it over a tee, knit or hoodie with denims or wide-leg trousers – the roomy fit is made for layering all through winter.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Returns & Refunds
Return Window: Within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags and the “DO NOT REMOVE THIS LABEL” tag intact.
Exchanges: Allowed once per order (size or style).
Refunds: Issued only for defective or incorrect items, processed to the original payment method. For all other returns, store credit (valid 6 months) will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, customized/altered products, worn/damaged garments, accessories, and gift cards.
Return Process
- Email ohkrabshop@ohkrab.com with your order ID and reason.
- Customers must ship the product back at their own cost (flat INR 200 return fee).

Defective/Incorrect Items: Report within 48 hours with order ID, issue description, and an unboxing video. Verified cases are eligible for exchange or refund.
Processing Time: 7–10 business days after the item passes quality check. Confirmation of store credit/refund will follow via email.
