Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not feeling your Oh Krab! piece, here’s how returns work.
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and the Oh Krab! “DO NOT REMOVE THIS LABEL” Tag intact.
- Once the “DO NOT REMOVE THIS LABEL” Tag is removed, the garment becomes non-returnable.
- All original tags and labels must be intact.
- The product must be returned in the original packaging to avoid damage in transit.
Please note: Exchanges are allowed only once per order. Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items bought on sale or during special promotions.
- Customised or altered pieces (Unless Defective).
- Worn or damaged garments.
- Gift Cards
- All Accessories
Exchange vs Refund
- You can opt for an exchange (size or style) or a store credit valid for 6 months.
- Refunds (to the original payment method) are processed only for defective or wrong items sent.
How to Start a Return
- Email at ohkrabshop@ohkrab.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Customers are required to send the product back to our official address at their own cost.
- A flat return shipping fee of INR 200 will be borne by the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at ohkrabshop@ohkrab.com.
You will need to share the following:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Unboxing video clearly showing the defect
Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or provide store credit as applicable.
Sizing Issues
In case of sizing concerns, please share:
- A photo of the product worn or laid flat
- A brief description of the alteration or exchange required
Our team will evaluate and assist you with the best possible resolution.
Quick Tips
- Always try on garments without removing the “DO NOT REMOVE THIS LABEL” Tag.
- Keep original packaging handy until you’re sure you’re keeping the item.
Refunds
All refunds are issued in the form of store credit, subject to the conditions below:
- Store Credit Issuance: Once the returned item passes our quality check, store credit for the product value will be issued via email.
- Validity: Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for processing from the date we receive the return. A confirmation email will be sent once the credit is issued.
