The WINTER FERN SHACKET is your go-to winter layer when you want warmth without losing edge. Cut in black 100% Cotton fabric, it’s covered in intricate cording embroidery that traces bold floral and leaf motifs all over. The zip-front closure and shirt collar keep it clean and minimal, while the embroidery does all the talking. Wear it over a basic tee or knit with denims, cargos, or tailored trousers whenever you want winter to feel a little more fun.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Returns & Refunds
Return Window: Within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags and the “DO NOT REMOVE THIS LABEL” tag intact.
Exchanges: Allowed once per order (size or style).
Refunds: Issued only for defective or incorrect items, processed to the original payment method. For all other returns, store credit (valid 6 months) will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, customized/altered products, worn/damaged garments, accessories, and gift cards.
Return Process

- Customers must ship the product back at their own cost (flat INR 200 return fee).

Defective/Incorrect Items: Report within 48 hours with order ID, issue description, and an unboxing video. Verified cases are eligible for exchange or refund.
Processing Time: 7–10 business days after the item passes quality check. Confirmation of store credit/refund will follow via email.
