Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Oh Krab!, we like to keep things smooth—whether it’s your outfit or your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 4–5 business days after order confirmation.

Shipping Timeline

  • Metro cities (India): 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Non-metro locations: 5–8 business days after dispatch
  • International orders: 14 business days after dispatch (customs duties, if applicable, to be borne by the customer)

Express Shipping:

  • Priority Shipping (1-3 Days) is available at an additional charge of INR 400.
  • This option is not available on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Shipping Charges:

  • India: Shipping charges of ₹150 on all prepaid orders and on all orders below ₹3000.
  • COD: Available 
  • International: Charges calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
  • Real-Time Tracking via Shipway: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive automatic SMS, WhatsApp, and email updates from Shipway with your tracking link.
  • Track your order live from our embroidery mill to your doorstep — no guessing, no chasing.

Delivery Notes

  • Estimated delivery timelines are for reference only and may vary due to public holidays, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • We work only with trusted courier partners.
  • Please double-check your shipping address, pincode, and phone number before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect information will be re-shipped at the customer’s cost.
  • Special Requests: If it’s a gift or you’d like us to hold the dispatch till a certain date, email before the order ships, and we’ll try our best to make it happen.

Return Shipping (Domestic):

  • A flat INR 200 return shipping charge will be borne by the customer.

Return Shipping (International):

  • No Returns on International orders.

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • General Return Window: Returns are accepted within 3 business days of receiving the order.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective item, please raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
