To purchase products, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Oh Krab or its users.

Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully processed.

Order Acceptance:

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Payment:

We accept payments through secure gateways integrated on our Site. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.

Products & Pricing:

We are a Schiffli Embroidery Mill and all our products feature embroidery-first designs (no prints).

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST.

We reserve the right to update prices, product descriptions, and availability without prior notice.

COD Charges:

Cash on Delivery orders will incur an additional INR 200 charge.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy:

We ship across India and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Orders are shipped via our trusted shipping partners and are subject to our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Dispatch Timeline:

All orders are processed and dispatched within 4-5 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery Timelines:

• Metro Cities (India): 3-5 business days from dispatch
• Other Indian Cities: 5-8 business days from dispatch
• International Orders: 14 business days from dispatch

Express Shipping:

Priority Express Shipping (1-3 business days) is available at an additional cost of INR 400.

Note: This service is not applicable on COD orders.

Shipping Charges:

• India: Free shipping on all prepaid orders and on all orders above ₹3000.
• COD: Available with a nominal fee of ₹200.
• International: Charges calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Delivery Disclaimer:

Estimated delivery times are for reference only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as public holidays or natural disruptions.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Return Window:

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and the Oh Krab! “DO NOT REMOVE THIS LABEL” Tag intact.
• Once the “DO NOT REMOVE THIS LABEL” Tag is removed, the garment becomes non-returnable.
• All original tags and labels must be intact.
• The product must be returned in the original packaging to avoid damage in transit.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

For defective or incorrect items, a return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is required as proof.

Return Process:

• Email at ohkrabshop@ohkrab.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping (Domestic):

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our address.

A flat return shipping fee of INR 200 will be borne by the customer.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Sizing Issues:

For exchanges due to sizing concerns, please share a photo and description of the required changes via email.

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product information. However, we do not guarantee that all details, including colors and images, are always 100% error-free or true to life due to screen differences and manual processes.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website—text, images, logos, graphics, and software—is the property of Oh Krab or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use of content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or block users violating these Terms.

Limitation of Liability
