PRODUCT DETAILS
The Winter Bloom Fleece Jacket takes classic fleece and gives it an Oh Krab! twist. Made from soft 100% cotton fleece, it features all-over tonal floral embroidery that feels subtle from far and special up close. The clean zip front, soft collar and side pockets keep it easy to wear every day, while the artwork makes it look more like a jacket than a sweatshirt. Available in Olive Moss and Frost Blue, it’s the layer you throw on for coffee runs, airport looks or lazy winter evenings when you want comfort without giving up on style.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Returns & Refunds
Return Window: Within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags and the “DO NOT REMOVE THIS LABEL” tag intact.
Exchanges: Allowed once per order (size or style).
Refunds: Issued only for defective or incorrect items, processed to the original payment method. For all other returns, store credit (valid 6 months) will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, customized/altered products, worn/damaged garments, accessories, and gift cards.
Return Process
- Email ohkrabshop@ohkrab.com with your order ID and reason.
- Customers must ship the product back at their own cost (flat INR 200 return fee).

Defective/Incorrect Items: Report within 48 hours with order ID, issue description, and an unboxing video. Verified cases are eligible for exchange or refund.
Processing Time: 7–10 business days after the item passes quality check. Confirmation of store credit/refund will follow via email.
