Returns & Refunds

Return Window: Within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags and the “DO NOT REMOVE THIS LABEL” tag intact.

Exchanges: Allowed once per order (size or style).

Refunds: Issued only for defective or incorrect items, processed to the original payment method. For all other returns, store credit (valid 6 months) will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, customized/altered products, worn/damaged garments, accessories, and gift cards.

Return Process

• Email ohkrabshop@ohkrab.com with your order ID and reason.
• Customers must ship the product back at their own cost (flat INR 200 return fee).
• Address: Oh Krab!, Plot No 17, Sector 7, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122050.

Defective/Incorrect Items: Report within 48 hours with order ID, issue description, and an unboxing video. Verified cases are eligible for exchange or refund.

Processing Time: 7–10 business days after the item passes quality check. Confirmation of store credit/refund will follow via email.

Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing: 4–5 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro (India): 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Non-metro: 5–8 business days after dispatch
• International (Excluding UAE): ~14 business days (customs duties borne by customer)
• UAE: 7-10 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping: Priority shipping (1–3 days) available in India for INR 400 (not available on COD).

Shipping Charges

• India: Free on prepaid orders and orders above ₹3000
• COD: Available
• International: Calculated at Checkout

Tracking: Real-time tracking via SMS, WhatsApp, and email updates from Shipway.
